I'd like to thank you for the pleasant tour across the island, also on behalf of my wife, we enjoyed every bit of it and we are already looking forward to another visit to the Channel Islands during a next vacation.

We really enjoyed our tour yesterday with you and the French and Dutch couples.
I mentioned to you about the story of "Appointment with Venus"I recall from my childhood that it happened here in Alderney, and that would certainly make sense, since the whole island was evacuated except a farmer who milked the remaining cattle - but I wouldn't be certain !!
Anyway, maybe it's worth further investigation - to add to your already wonderful repertoire!
